You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you supply.

Our products are fresh, small-batch, perishable sea moss gel and related items handcrafted in Silver Spring, Maryland. We make every effort to display products, flavors, and prices accurately, but availability is limited and may change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Any sale or discounted price shown reflects the current price you will pay at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store your full card details.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms.

Shipping timelines and perishable handling are described in our Shipping Policy, and refunds/returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

Our products are foods, not medicine. Statements about sea moss have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use if you experience an adverse reaction.

The Site and its content — including the M.A.D MO$$ name, logo, text, images, and design — are owned by HWGD Lifestyle and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HWGD Lifestyle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and changes take effect when posted.
