Refund & Returns Policy

Because M.A.D MO$$ products are fresh, perishable food, we handle refunds a little differently than a typical retailer. We stand behind every jar — if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Perishable goods — no standard returns

For food-safety reasons, opened or unopened perishable sea moss gel cannot be returned once it has shipped. We are unable to accept returned food products or resell them. Instead, we resolve issues with replacements or refunds as described below.

When we'll replace or refund

We'll issue a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, leaking, or spoiled.
  • You received the wrong item or flavor.
  • An item was missing from your order.
  • Your order was confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier.

How to request a resolution

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mrhwgd@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the product and packaging (required for damage or spoilage).

Once approved, replacements ship at no cost to you, or we'll refund your original payment method.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment processor (Square). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations & changes

Because we make and pack orders quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters processing. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best, but once an order has been packed or shipped it can no longer be canceled.

Non-perishable items & bundles

Merchandise or non-perishable items (if any) may be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Bundles are refunded as described above based on the condition of the perishable items they contain.
