Due To COVID-19 Causing Slower Shipping Times We Have Decided To Only Ship Monday’s & Tuesday’s To Ensure Your Package Arrives As Fresh As Possible.
Shipping days are normally on Monday to Wednesday. We do not offer next day shipping. All orders are mailed with USPS, you will be issued a tracking number for your order as soon as it is shipped. EXAMPLE – All orders should be placed before 9:00 PM on Tuesday to be included in Wednesday’s shipment.
Processing & shipping takes 4 – 7 business days, this does not included weekends or holidays. We (HWGD LIFESTYLE LLC) are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EXAMPLE: If you live in an apt complex you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your order.
We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.
If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
HWGD LIFESTYLE DOES NOT accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit in route to shipping destinations or items marked delivered by the carrier chosen at checkout. Once items leave the HWGD LIFESTYLE warehouse USPS accepts responsibility as the order has now been transferred into the carriers possession.
Delivery Claims
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact USPS to file a claim.
HWGD LIFESTYLE LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
HWGD LIFESTYLE LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
If there is an issue with your order an email must be sent to staymadcoach@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final! We do not issue refunds.
If your Sea Moss Gel is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, you will have to re-order your package & also pay for shipping, as it loses it’s freshness from not being refrigerated after a long period of time.
If you order any other product that is not made to order such as our Sea Moss Gel and it is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, you will have to pay a re-shipping fee. THANK YOU WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS
