Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing us on your journey to better health! Your order has been successfully received.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. During this processing period, you will receive an email containing your USPS Priority tracking number. If you haven’t received an email, kindly check your spam folder.

It is important to note that receiving your tracking number does not indicate your order has been shipped; it only signifies that your shipping label has been created. Rest assured, as sea moss is a perishable item, we store it properly until the actual shipping date. Shipping labels are printed in advance to streamline order processing prior to our designated shipping days: Mondays and Tuesdays. In the event of high order volume, we may also ship on Wednesdays.

To ensure the freshness of your sea moss, please monitor your tracking information closely to determine the expected delivery date. We cannot issue refunds for orders that spoil in your mailbox due to insufficient tracking on the customer’s part.

In case of any issues with your order, such as a broken jar, kindly send a photo via direct message (DM) within one day of the delivery date. For any inquiries, please avoid emailing us, as we do not respond to emails. Instead, send a direct message to @m.a.dmoss.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact USPS to file a claim.

HWGD LIFESTYLE LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


If there is an issue with your order an email must be sent to staymadcoach@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. 


Although we provide supplemental information to aid in making an informed decision, we encourage all customers to conduct their own research about the product before making a purchase. There will be no refund on product purchases, and all sales are final. All customers are strongly encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare professional such as a physician or pharmacist about healthcare choices.

Products and product information are not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition. If pregnant or nursing, or are concerned about a particular health condition, please consult your physician before using our products. These statement have not been evaluated by the FDA. 

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final! We do not issue refunds.

If your Sea Moss Gel is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, you will have to re-order your package & also pay for shipping, as it loses it’s freshness from not being refrigerated after a long period of time. 

If you order any other product that is not made to order such as our Sea Moss Gel and it is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, you will have to pay a re-shipping fee. THANK YOU WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS
