It is important that you track your order carefully and refrigerate the sea moss upon delivery. Fruit flavored Sea moss must be consumed within seven days of delivery date or frozen for up to 3 months. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order. Tracking numbers are sent to the email the customer provided upon purchase. Check your tracking number frequently so your package is not left sitting unrefrigerated for an extended period of time. Please be advised no refunds or exchanges will be given.
